She has been invaluable, as the behind the scenes right hand woman to many celebrity chefs. Tom Kerridge, Bill Granger, Gordon Ramsay, Gino DeCampo, Jason Atherton, Atul Kochar, John Whaite, The Hairy Bikers, Simon Rimmer, Richard Corrigan, Ken Hom and Matt Tebbutt to name a few.

Nicole now divide’s her time between working on Cookery Shows, Cookbooks, Magazine’s and Films. Recently she was the Food Stylist on a Weinstein Film “BURNT” starring Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller and Uma Therman (to be released in October 2015)
